Anna offers Biodynamic Craniosacral Sessions and Reiki Sessions. All Biodynamic Craniosacral Sessions are in-person on an individual basis. Distance Reiki Sessions are virtual via Zoom and are offered in individual, couple, family, or group formats.
Sliding-Scale Pricing
Formation Healing Arts has a sliding-scale pricing model. Please read the guide below to see which rate you should schedule at. This pricing model increases access to holistic healing support within our communities.
Supported Rate
This pricing option is for people who struggle to have enough to cover their basic needs. This rate is supplemented by the Share Rate.
Sustain Rate
This pricing option is for people who have enough to meet their basic needs and can afford some extra expenses as needed. This is considered the regular rate.
Share Rate
This pricing option is for people who have more than enough to meet their basic needs and can readily afford extra expenses, multiple vacations, and investments. This rate makes the Supported Rate and collective care possible; increasing accessibility for folks in need of financial support to access sessions.

IN-PERSON BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Biodynamic Craniosacral is a gentle hands-on treatment for the whole body, performed on a massage table fully clothed, and the touch is light and still. The session is focused on supporting the health of the whole being, especially our nervous system, which sends and receives information within our entire body. Craniosacral supports our nervous system in bringing itself back into balance, bringing greater ease, and helping our body decrease symptoms and resolve stored trauma.

These sessions are open to individuals, couples, and families to book. Reiki supports stress reduction and relaxation and promotes healing. Reiki energy is administered from a distance, by hands close to the body, or by light touch, and works with the "life force energy" that flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki sessions help us access our life force energy, supporting our healing and resources to resolve stored trauma and find more ease and resiliency.

GROUP SESSIONS
Support your healing by joining guided Reiki Meditations & Experiences via Zoom group sessions. These are open for anyone to register and participate in. Reiki supports stress reduction and relaxation and promotes healing.
